This No Spam Policy is a part the overall Terms of Service.
You must agree in full to the Terms of Service Agreement prior to using our service.
CloudToko has a clear ‘Zero Tolerance’ policy towards spam, and all activities that we view as spam are strictly prohibitted. Our policies on spam is strict and will be enforced. If you are found in violation of this no spam policy, we will immediately suspend/terminate your website and no refunds will be issued. Spammers are not welcome. There are various ways to promote your website, without the use of spam.
We have a clear policy on what we define as spam:
- Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) is sending of any email message to anyone not personally known to you and has not requested for any information from you. This definition is independednt of how and by whom the Email is actually sent.
- Unsolicited Bulk E-mail (UBE) is the broadcasting of large quantities of unsolicited Email or postings to news groups through any large quantity delivery system. This definition is independent of how and by whom the Email is actually sent.
- Flooding Newsgroups, public mailing lists or forums with links to your website hosted with CloudToko
There is a kind of search engine spam, comment spam, social networking spam, and all kinds of other spam, which is created, distributed and manufactured with the intent to dominate websites with information, links and opinions, which do not relate to the website content or contribute to the immediate dialogues of users. - Spam sent by a third-party on your behalf
- Using email address hosted by CloudToko to collect responses to spam.
CloudToko can and will resort to any action in order to stop SPAM
If you think you have received a SPAM from any domain hosted with us, please open an abuse ticket and we will be prompt to investigate and take action. Please include the original SPAM email with full headers when opening the abuse ticket.
