This Service Level Agreement is a part the overall Terms of Service.
You must agree in full to the Terms of Service Agreement prior to using our service.

We maintain 99.9% or better network and server uptime, and we strive for 99.99% uptime. If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime guarantee, we offer credits on all our accounts. You do not have to ask for the credit, as it will be calculated and automatically applied to your account. The SLA applies to web hosting, reseller accounts, control-plane of the cloud infrastructure and network.

The uptime percentage is calculated on the basis of 30 days average month and is applied as follows:

  • 0 Minutes – 45 Minutes of Downtime (100% – 99.9%) – No Credit
  • 45 Minutes – 3 hours 30 minutes of Downtime (99.9% – 99.5%) – 10% Credit
  • 3 Hours 30 minutes – 7 hours 15 minutes of Downtime (99.5% – 99%) – 20% Credit
  • 7 Hours 15 minutes – 14 hours 30 minutes of Downtime (99% and 98%) – 50% Credit
  • More than 14 hours 30 minutes of Downtime (less than 98%) – 100% Credit
